is Andre Ward gonna be a permanent commentator for HBO?

Vague memory just came back of Max saying something about power in a fighter. And Ward instead of going along with it took offence and said something like I can punch too.

I think Ward is a smart boxer. I like Roy too. Bernard also has a lot of insight. Ward is good though. I don't have any problems with Ward. Did anyone feel like he was overly bias?

I suppose, although, I didn't pay too much attention to it, that maybe the HBO team could have shown some bias, considering that guy at the end got knocked out, perhaps, from a punch that was planned, but I don't know. I can't really comment on that.

What is the problem with Ward?

 

Ward does a great job. It's funny before he became the #1 hated fighter most here said he was great and well spoken. Now all of a sudden after he made kovalev his ***** he's trash, funny how that works.

 

Roy has a better feel and is always on point. They should keep Roy on till he gets old. His accent is a bit difficult and he has a bit of a chip on his shoulder but it ads to the show.

 

I never really was a fan of Paulie as a fighter but he is definitely my favorite commentator. Not a fan of Ward...his commentary is just bland and boring.
