What about Grab-On Alexander? He averaged north of 10 clinches a round vs. Marcos Maidana.

 

Heroes? Most people have never even heard of most of the bums Wlad has to cheat against to win and it's only stupid, no-taste Germans and a few Eastern Europeans who watch his boring, garbage, steroid fueled, foul fests.

 

I think we all know what the reason for this is.

 

Molina and Wlad are worse. Wlad might well be the worst hugger in history because he always cliches when somebody gets inside his comfort zone. That is insane.

 

And he even does against guys he has every conceivable physical advantage over. Look at Mormeck farce of a fight.

 

Yeah, that's the worst. He will clinch 40yo 210 lbs midgets who utterly suck at boxing until they choke. Just how the hell does that dude have supporters? It's a fucking insult to the sport. Neither Molina, nor Ward, nor Hopkins have physical advantages over their opponents. Clinching is legal and is usually part of the inside game, fair enough. Clinching as a means to avoid inside fighting altogether EVERY FUCKING TIME because you suck so bad at it is unprecedented as far as my boxing knowledge goes.

 

It's funny that Kessle was known as having one of the sport's best jabs, and he actually held his own in jabbing against Calzaghe, YET when he faced Ward, Kessler's jab was almost completely shut down.
As for Ward getting inside and holding Kessler, that was the perfect stratgy to overwhelme and beat up the Danish hype.
As we saw with his fight with Calzaghe, Kessler has absolutely zero inside game, as he would frequently clinch with Calzaghe without throwing a single inside punch the whole fight.
It seems that Euro-bums can only stand up straight, keep distance, and fight on the outside. If you fight them with an inside plan, they are lost and easily beat up.

BTW, all those head butts Kessler suffered in the Ward fight were due to Kessler's own straight up lack of head movement style.
Kessler shouldn't feel too bad though. Had Calzaghe stayed around and faced Ward, he would have been beat down in the same way Kessler was.
