Uhhh????? Have u lost it?? Does anybody even really know Kovalev??

Maidana-Matthysse, Broner-Garcia, Canelo-Cotto, GGG-Martinez, plenty of other fights that is way more entertaining and means more to boxing

I have to agree this is a bit much.

There are plenty of other fights that come to mind.

How, exactly? None of the guys you mentioned are in the top 5 pound-for-pound, let alone the top 2.

Kovalev is probably the most capable to inflict a defeat on Andre Ward and vice versa around that weight region which makes it an intriguing fight. I would like to see Kovalev beat Stevenson first, this would make a Ward fight more interesting.

For pure entertainment value, Froch vs GGG, Provodnikov vs Garcia, Maidana vs Matthysse are better fights. For a tough chess match between two amateur legends, Lomachenko vs Rigondeaux is a good fight.

Its a good match up and would be a chance for Ward to fight an undefeated world champ, something which Kovalev has done

Middleweight unification number 1. GGG, Martinez,

Welterweight unification number 2. Mayweather, Pacquiao , Bradley

Superfeather unification number 3. Uchiyama , Diaz.

Its a good thread , but there are better fights out there right now.

Not yet. kovalev has lookf impressive but he is yet to prove himself against the best. Like reals. Said kovalev need to to fight and beat Stevenson first. And that is pretty tough task to do. Pick em fight for me.

Nah not even in my top 10. I'd rather see Ward fight GGG then Kovalev.
