Ward always owned the referee, judges, boxing commission, venue that way he could get by with low blows, headbutting, cheating all around, holding, wrestling that's how he won. Ward said that neutral judges would be unfair, yes, because he might lose the fight. Ward owned the judges in the first Kovalev fight and he owned Tony Weeks and Bob Bennett in the rematch, that's how he got by with all the low blows, esp. the three low blows to Kovalev's testicles that is clearly shown in the video and still pictures, they were on the letter that was below Kovalev's trunks, Weeks knew they were low, Bob Bennett refused to review the video for a reason. They knew they cheated. Ward did not win those titles. Why everyone obeys Ward's every wish is a puzzle to me, but he is a cheating SOB!

Kovalev didn't want none of Ward after that right hand almost floored him, and the vicious work to his body the entire fight, it took its toll. Kovalev's hands were down, he couldn't defend himself and was in danger of getting clean KOd.
If anything Weeks did Ward a slight injustice for stopping it when he did because Kov showed nothing and wasn't defending himself with Ward about to really finish him. It weren't the low blows that decided the fight, people seem to ignore all the sharp counters and brilliant body work that had Kov back pedalling.

The first fight? he won a split decision, it was by no means a robbery. A close fight but Ward came on strong in the championship rounds and that tilted it in his favour.

And the other fights? Jesus man just watch Froch v Ward and Kessler too they couldn't get close to him.

    I'm a troll because I don't agree with you?

    I'm a parasite?

Which one of us has made an embarrassing thread because of pent up anger and frustration?

    What's next?

A thread titled: "Does having tattoos on his body harm his legacy?"

    You're a desperate man.

The way I see it, you have 2 choices:

    1. Hire a hit man and send him to Oakland.

    2. Go and see a psychiatrist.

    Have a nice day.

He'd arguably have one L if he travelled in the first Kovalev fight, but that's still speculation.

    But really, who cares?

End of the day we had Ward, a fighter....a good fighter who couldn't sell in his own state and always had to have everything stacked in his favour.

The same fighter who was called out numerous times by Chickenson, even to his face, had the chance for a massive unification fight but would have to go to Canada for it yet chose to retire....baffling.

The man wouldn't even go to Canada ffs.

And as for the 2nd fight the stoppage was bogus he (Kovalev) was hit with several low blows. Those 2 fights affect his legacy more than being a hometime Harry.
