He does everything at an elite level to me. He has tremendous speed, footwork, defense, Bozy is teaching him how to fight better in the pocket, and he is a really good finisher. I honestly think he beats everyone at 135

    Probably not.
He's Cuban. He will find a way to lose.

This is funny but I get it at the same time. All Cubans eventually get sloppy and lose focus.

Lomas the most skilled, shouldve got the nod against Haney and is really the only one thats fighting in a weight class higher than he should be.

All those other guys are substantially bigger.

He's done nothing as a pro to even suggest he is the best, yeah he's got that amateur pedigree and he clearly has ability but he needs to beat better opposition to be even considered as a top light weight right now. Potential is meaningless until you back it up in the ring.

They say he's being fast tracked so hopefully we get to see him in with some top fighters in the not to distant future, then we'll have a better idea of how good he is because the fights he has had so far as a pro prove nothing, anyone can look great against weak opposition who just allow you to do what you like in the ring. Any talk of him against any of the top lightweights right now is premature.
