Could it be that people are looking at the low budget venues in Prince Martin's fights and thinking he's a bum? I think so. Martin was clearly better than Glazkov. I guess we'll find out if AJ's team can evaluate talent because if Martin turns out to be a threat, this could backfire bigtime.

Martin's obviously not the bum he's made out to be, but I think AJ wins by KO.

Maybe a little rushed but it's understandable considering the circumstances. Risk is a part of boxing and this is a calculated risk.

Considering his opponent, I think that it could go either way but I question the decision to put the title up for grabs like that. At the very least it should have been a tournament for that title. That's why we don't get the really good fights anymore, where two fighters are seasoned in their craft, whatever their style is, they know it well and how to execute it in that square circle. That makes for good contrast and good fights. These guys now don't know what they are or who they are. They just get in there and throw punches and whatever happens, happens. Sometimes you get a good fight but most of the time you don't.

This is a great opportunity for Joshua. It won't get any easier than this fight, so if he loses, it just proves that he isn't world champion material. After that you may see a Fraudley Harrison type career made of comebacks and cheap paydays. Conversely he wins, takes a few easier fights to build experience and some cash and then searches for unification.
