Seriously? Marciano is a pathetic 190 pound fighter from an unathletic era when he wasn't even a good athlete. Joshua is on another planet in terms of athleticism.
Yeah Ibragimov was very underrated imo. Granite chin, very quick and was actually getting better with some coaching. Retired too soon.
underrated because he didnt actually do anything. Putting weight on a win over 45 year old holyfield as world class is pusing it...but thats all he did in th pro ranks. One B level win at world level is all he can be rated for. Every titlist in boxing history has at least that. So thats how you gotta rate him, a bit part one B-level win wonder. Very good amateur though. Seems a decent bloke too. Dont get me wrong - winning any world title is pretty good, but its what you do with it that counts too. The suspicion is that he was found wnating at the top level if getting beaten by the relatively weak H2h Wlad was what put him off.
Ibragimov was a glass chinned ,glass hearted bum. He couldn't even beat Ray Austin and got floored late in the fight. . Harold Scoiners beat Ray Austin
Remember what I said in the Klitschko/Douglas thread about you bringing up early losses selectively for agenda purposes? ****ing idiot. Now let's apply some context here... Ray Austin didn't start boxing until he was 28, he was a late starter like Tony Thompson, he had other early losses too. But of course you won't bring them up, fighters can only improve when they fit the agenda. Also Sconiers too was nearly a decade younger, had more durability and ambition than when he fought and heavily floored a certain belt holder that you defend simply to be contrarian.
It's hard to say. I believe most good sprinters use PEDs and it's very hard to say what they would be doing without them. Some guys respond better to those basic anabolic steroids than other guys. But I doubt there are many who wouldn't make some improvement in sprint speed if they took them. 12.5 to 11.4 is a big jump, but for someone new to serious training and to drugs I'd say doing that inside a year or so it isn't far-fetched at all.
Good points. Pretty much my thoughts exactly. I remember working with a guy who got on just one form of Test... then all the sudden he wanted to race people after a month of being on it. Lol! Claimed he was faster. I guess that comes with improved strength, explosiveness and sense of well being.
You deal in plague, pestilence and visceral revulsion. BTW still waiting on your speed bag video LOL phony, lying, plague rat!
