hearn has seemingly sacrificed his entire stable to build up aj, because he knows that the real money is at hw. and that is what grates on fans, me included. hes been given everything on a plate in very cynical fashion.

but that doesnt mean he isnt good and wont or cant deservedly become as good as he can be.

in fact if anything, i think his win against wlad was despite all this help, having been protected the final step up can sometimes just be too large, but he manged it well and looks to have the tools needed.

that does however leave a question about how much wlad had/has left. i think he still beats the other hw belt holders out there, leaving aj as no. 1. didnt expect it myself, but despite being a more open and interesting division since fury dethroned the champ, it is still quite poor in terms of tallent, a lot of fat puddings and ripped slow lumps who cant box

is that a miss quote? I dont get your point.
that's why I said he isn't just a product, he is definitely a fighter, but his image and the way he has been portrayed is a bit product like. he has the perfect image at this point and that is being capitalised on. I dont think he was made as in every fight he was in was fixed. we didn't really know he was a proper fighter until the Wlad fight, so people could be forgiven for calling him a total hype job, but now they cant really. even if he had faults in his game he is without a doubt a fighter, coming back from being badly hurt and pulling out a win against an old but on form Wlad.

David Haye is 6'3" 230 pounds, how is that small?
Small is 5'10" 220 pounds, explosive weight training and muscle gain. Haye gets no passes if this man did it.

David Haye weighed 210 pounds in his fights against Wlad and Chisora, that is small for a heavyweight nowadays.

Again you need to reread what you posted and my response....IF Wlad knocks Joshua out then what? you stated that fight showed he was a real fighter by not losing?

Wlad is a devastating puncher so what would that prove if Joshua loses???/Do you see what you are stating here?

you cant be a product. this is boxing not a soap opera unless you take into account media interviews and real LIFE events one has to act accordinly which is nonsense... WE Didnt know that Joshua was real? ? well skills dont lie...its a new generation thing i guess where you need to get up from a full shot from Wlad to prove yourself????lol

Im not expecting most to see what i see but come on this is boxing and skills dont lie.

If AJ lost against Wlad I didn't say that would not prove he is a real fighter. I just said after the fight he proved he was the real thing, he could well have done that in loss as well so I agree, obviously dependign on how he lost. I am talking more about AJ the media product than him as a fighter, but saying that aren't all young fighters unproven until they face a real test? you could be forgiven for thinking he was a hype job before say the Whyte fight? skills or not, if you don't face that test of being hit back or at least go in there with an elite or decent fighter who is to know?

and I believe you can be a product in boxing. are you saying there are no boxers in history that were built up but then exposed because they just didn't have that fighting heart or some other vital factor? this was obviously not the case with Joshua but its happened.

skills don't lie but that doesn't mean there are not other factors at play.
