Name me a fight where AJ landed as many hooks as Tyson used to, his hooking is weak and he doesn`t throw nearly enough hooks which is why he had to finish Pulev with repeating uppercuts.

 

Watch Povetkin fight buddy. He also KD Takam with hook. He also combo Ruiz with Hook in the KD. I guess you have to be blind to not see how good of hooks AJ has.
Yeah he hurt Pulev with the uppercut, but hurt him with hooks and land them to KD him as well. Same for Klitschko.
He land them in plenty of fights. And they are fast and fluid and he land them in combo.

They were unpredictable also, he landed more combos on AJ than the reverse.

To be fair the uppercut-hook which put Ruiz down was pretty quick.

 

Holyfield was not a SHW either so my statement still stands...

 

I think Ruiz throws better combinations than AJ tbh.

 

I wrote it as an understatement, Holyfield was a better combo puncher than AJ.

 

Bowe was a better combo puncher, he tyhrew better hooks and uppercuts in his combos and threw more of them despite AJ having a nice uppercut on the back foot.
