Is anyone a little irritated by the way the Khan fight is being marketed?

Couldn't agree more. Fighters lose, so what? What seperates the men from the boys is how they comeback from a devasting defeat and Khan has done that

Like it or not he's a hyped fighter isnt he though? He's a cash cow.

Like me some people dont appreciate having the wool pulled over our eyes while were tryed to be convied we're watching some kind of ATG.

Such is the hype the **** takers thought they could put a non title bout against Bredis Prescott as a flipping PPV.

Andrew if you aren't falling for this publicity stunt aimed to sell PPV's then all the better for you. Well Done.

A lot of people will though and thats the market Sky have directed the adverts toward :good

Having the wool pulled over your eyes? Don't be such a prat!

Anyone who knows the first thing about the light welterweight, or who is prepared to do minimal research, knows the respective merits and positions of Khan and Salita. An advert is hardly going to suddenly convince them that, actually, the top two fighters in the division are fighting. The people who don't know, don't care.

Either you're in camp one, in which case the wool can't possibly be pulled over your eyes, or you're in camp two, in which case you deserve what you get.

Once again, a product is being marketed, no differently to thousands of other products that you see marketed all the time. The question is, why are you getting your knickers in a twist over this particular product?
