Exactly! And if Pac had done the same I would have respected him. He didn't though. He made up a bunch of BS then backed out.

NSAC has claimed ten times that Pac is clean by virtue of their tests.

Hell she passed blood tests too right?!?

All of the elite level cheaters passed **** tests, but none of the commission's or organizations updated their testing. Why? Because it ain't in a commissions interests to come down too hard on cheating fighters UNLESS the fans and fighters themselves demand higher standards. Mayweather tried to raise the bar and look what happened.

A commission alone coming down on cheating fighters is like a pornographer telling chicks they can't "act" because of breast implants. :yep

Steroids testing is a cat and mouse game. Steroids are always ahead of the tests by virtue of them being the target of the tests.

With this fact, no test is therefore absolutely accurate to catch 100% of the cheaters. This is the reason why Mosley passed the NSAC test and why Marion Jones passed the Olympics style test.

The purpose of these tests is mostly deterrent. I am all for blood testing if the commission regulating a sporting league deems it appropriate. And if Pac-Mayweather be the start of blood testing, so be it, as long as it becomes part of the official test standards first before the administration of the tests.

As you can see with Floyd FEAR is a very powerful weapon ..Its the only thing that keeps Floyd away from 40 mil ..This is why he also refused a blood test right after the fight ..Imagine his dismay if Manny were to beat him and the his test also come back clean ..He'd be crying forever !

Only a naive fool would say something like that.

No it isn't. Then why isn't the commission using the Olympic methods which are on the cutting edge of testing? Why isn't the NFL or MLB?

I will tell you why you ignoramus. Nobody wants to see two regular Joe's go at it. They want to see STUDS! It is much easier to keep a steady crop of studs coming in using drugs. Unless the commissions are ALL using the same testing standard fighters will pick and choose the fight venues according to the testing standards. So commissions have to find a balance between strict enough to be "legit" and lax enough not to run the athletes away.

Take off your blinders and see the world for what it really is and not the sugar coated Candyland version you want it to be.

What you fail to address is the cost. In this case the money is there. For say a FNF's card? Not so much. Testing is paid for either by the commission or the promoter.

I am sure the commission, especially in Vegas, could pull the blood testing card. The problem is that they would run every low to mid level promoter out of town.

Nobody addresses this. This is a VERY special case where the money and means are available.
