Serious question here. Everytime mayweather has a fight it seems like this guy pops off in some way. He is honestly throwing a fit that Mayweather is fighting 3 weeks before Canelo... never have I heard of such a complaint.

Wouldn't you think he'd be happy? It brings attention to boxing and maybe his event will benefit from the additional coverage.

It's a silver lining for sure. F Oscar and F Canelo. I couldn't give a **** about them losing money.

However this time he has a REAL reason. The fight is a joke.

It's not a joke if people want to see it.

I didn't like the result as I thought Kovalev was robbed in the first bout. I'm also sick of Ward 'bending' the rules with impunity bu think Kovalev fought a poor fight. Why do you ask?

Well you were one of the people whining after the first fight and going into the rematch. It doesn't surprise me that you didn't give Ward credit for stopping Sergay but rather focusing on false claim of low blow by Kovalev.

No one is viewing this as a legacy enhancer for Floyd. The guy is 40. This is similar to Ali fighting that pro wrestler. Pure entertainment.

I was watching a boxing documentary last night on Netflix. Oscar had the nerve to sit with a straight face and say he fought the best regardless of money, unlike Mayweather.

The first result saw the wrong guy get his hand raised. Nothing about the rematch changes that.

Yet again we're talking about the dubious legality of Ward's tactics which this time led to a questionable stoppage win. Kovalev fought dumb too but Ward just makes himself so dam hard to like with all of his BS.

He did. Remember Oscar fought B-Hop (a huge Middleweight) while Mayweather wouldn't fight Martinez (a small middleweight). They both started at 130. Oscar took more risk than Mayweather. Money when after money.
