I'm definitely picking him to have a better showing
than most on here believe he will. He poses
some problems physically that Mikey will need
to overcome, on top of that, he's just a tough SOB.
If only he'd fight on the outside.......smh

 

He will give Mikey absolute hell.

 

I think it's the least intriguing unification fight in te last decade at least.

Robert Easter Jr. who almost lost to Fortuna? I don't pick him.
But can a boxer who is 5′ 11″ tall with 76″ reach beat Mikey Garcia? That's quite possible.
But is Easter Jr. that boxer? I'm not sure at all.

 

Bout time we see eye to eye on something! If Garcia has difficulty with the length of Easter, it can prove to be a very tough fight for MG. Long rangey guys can give technically sound fighters like MG all kinds of business. Should be a good fight regardlesss of who wins.

I would LOVE to see Mikey lose, but Easter sucks, so the chance of that happening is slim.

 

really to me its all about how hard can easter punch ?? flat out some fights its more then that. but really if easter hits hard he should be able to out box him. mikey is gonna have to take some to give some im sure at least in the early rounds and easter will be fresh. so easter needs to make a statement quick . if not mikey will chop away at the body applying smart calculated pressure and he will try to chop down that tree. and eventually mikey will if easters power isnt a threat. which really honestly i dont know. he seems to hit fairly hard but is it hard enough?

i may be underestimating easter saying his only chance is if he has power. but i say that because mikey is way more ready for this fight imo. way more fights been pro much longer. hes very fresh doesnt have much ring age . he always avoiding any major punishment. if easter isnt super crafty with the jab an great defense . and is smart enough and or good enough to save his go to weapons till later on in the fight because if he uses his little tricks to early with out any power mikey will figure them out and capitalize on them

and i kno mikey is ready hes smart and to me perfected his craft way better. the little things that alot people dont notice mikey perfected. he picks his shots , all punches quality, defensive minded, great jab , great body shots , mentally hes a beast. broner couldnt talk any trash to mikey . what is the point??? hes just gonna ignore you and ur going to motivate him.
