It's time to call it quits. Brilliant career.

I have ultimate respect for Hop, but his tactics grew old on me. I was rooting for Chad and am glad he was able to get the W. It's definitely time for Hopkins to hang em up.

Of course I'm still a fan and will forever be. Whoever can't see how insane it is for a 47 year old man to perform the way he does in the most dangerous sport is ******ed. I respect Hopkins the same way I do Muhammad Ali, that's how much I personally appreciate and admire his ability to do what he does especially at this age.

    Boxing is better off now.

Hopkins has been a joke for the sport for a few years now. He hardly fights, and when he does, he hardly fights.

Good riddance to a fighter who used to be great.

Oh shut up, we need more disciplined warriors that fight the best continuously. The spectacle of Bernard Hopkins will definitely be missed.

    Disciplined WARRIORS???

Warriors don't fake injuries, roll around on the ground everytime the going gets tough, cry, *****, cheat every time they get a chance.

The last 5 years of Bernard Hopkins has been a disgrace to boxing.

Haters will exaggerate faults and diminish all accomplishments, of course, why do I bother.

Absolutely. Beating Winky Wright, shutting out Kelly Pavlik, and beating Jean Pascal to become the oldest legitimate champion ever (and arguably beating him twice) is disgraceful. What a joke he is for compiling those accomplishments.

I wouldn't call the wins over Pascal and Pavlik a disgrace to be fair.

:yep I actually agree with you....:rofl The only thing Bhops showed these last 5 years is how scared most refs are to enforce the rules against cheaters.

Those were great but they are overshadowed by Both Dawson fights, RJJ-2, Calslappy and the Winky fight, just absolutely terrible to watch.

Hopefully B-Hop has soiled his last fight tonight.
