Is anything under 6’4 too short to become a heavyweight champion these days?

And I know that muscle requires a lot more oxygen than fat.
Nobody said that being fat isn't bad for ones cardio. But in comparison to being significantly muscular, it's nothing.

My point was that the guys back in Ali's time were not that heavy. Ali for the most part fought guys who were his own weight or around the 210lb mark.
When you added up to you 25 guys that were above 210 lbs, you had guys like Earnie Shavers at 211lb. Since you were so nit picky I mentioned the guys at 220 and above.

Yeah, Ali did fight guys of all sizes, but mostly guys his own size.
Wladimir Klitschko fought guys of all sizes as well. And in his last 10 fights, most were his own weight at around 245 lbs.

In his entire career, Ali fought 7 guys who were above 220 lbs(most were around 210 or under). In his last 10 fights, Wlad fought only 1 guy who was below 220.

So how can you say that guys today aren't bigger than say in the 70s and so? There have always been tall heavyweights, but modern heavyweights weigh a lot more.

I never said guys today are not heavier you have, I have noticed that a large selection of boxers today are either massively fat and could trim down to 220 ish if they were in shape or roided to the gills and if they were not would be also 220 ish or if they are really tall at 6ft 7 pretending to be 6ft 9 like fury could get to 235lbs , this thread is about any boxer under 6ft 4, I was just answering your reply that Ali hadn’t fought hardly any body over 210lbs which wasn’t true, yeah a lot were around 210-215 but some mid twenties some 230 and upto Mathis at 256 my point is Ali has fought heavy guys and smaller and would be to fast for these fat slow blobs or these robotic juices what exactly is your point.

Then why the **** did you butt in? You are talking about a completely different topic.
I quoted CarlChilders because he said that the term "super-heavyweights" didn't exist in the 70s. I pointed out it wasn't because of height but because the heavyweights today are a lot bigger, not just taller.
As in Ali back in his days was usually bigger than his opponents and his opponents rarely were above the 220 mark. Ali would be considered today a small heavyweight. As would be Foreman who in his prime was 220ish.
My point is that guys back there were smaller. Thus this is why the term "super-heayweights" has been put into use.
Most guys Ali fought were around 210. Only 7 guys were above 220.
In his last 10 fights, Wlad only fought 1 guy under 220.

THUS WHY WERE REFER TO MODERN HEAVYWEIGHTS AS SUPER-HEAVYWEIGHTS!
(of course not all of them are, and not all of them should be if properly disciplined)

If you would have made your point this way instead of lying or leaving it hanging as if Ali hardly fought anybody over 210lbs I wouldn’t have butted in,I don’t like mis truths to make points, however we will have to disagree on the term superheavy, I think it’s just a load of like for like overweight boxers who can get away with it because they are all equally as heavy and slow as each other or muscle bound roiders who also get away with poor stamina because they are fighting overweight or muscle bound fighters who also have stamina issues.

I wasn´t lying about anything. I just poorly worded it. I should have been more precise. But most guys were around 210 lbs. Either under or slightly over.

And modern heavyweight being fat has nothing to do with the term "super-heavyweight". The only current top heavyweight whop has been under 220lb is Wilder.
And if you look at say Ring Magazines current top 10; half of them are in astethically fantastic shape. Pulev, Joshua, Wilder, Parker, Povetkin and Rivas are absolutely fine. And they are not small men.
