Arreola is definitely a heavyweight, and he's taller than 6'1. See the Vitali, and Jameel "Big Time" McCline pics below. This content is protected This content is protected
I think Arreola must be standing on a box. He's no more than 5'4". A good weight for him is about 135lbs.:good
He stood eye to eye with Chazz Witherspoon. He IS 6'4". These arguments about his weight at 20 years old and what his body fat % would be as a CW are stupid. He clearly has an endomorphic type build. He clearly isn't the type of guy who is going to weigh the same at 20yo as at 30yo without investing SHITLOADS of time and effort as a gym rat (like, double the work ethic of Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Bernard Hopkins combined) - which he isn't. Throughout his career, Arreola has been 35-50 lbs overweight. He is a slob. He has poor athletic attributes (ie stamina, explosiveness) and poor boxing skills and seemingly no interest in putting in the physical and mental toil to refine any of that. However, his ideal weight would still be above the HW limit. He would be drained to the point of uselessness as a CW, let alone a ****ing LHW. This should be obvious to anyone.
In all seriousness, in the McCline pic I think Chris really IS standing on a box, or else (probably) he's wearing elevator shoes. Vitali is 6'71/2", and in that pic Chris looks at least 6" shorter. That makes him around 6'1". In the second pic, he only looks about 3" shorter than the 6'6" McCline. Elevator shoes, no doubt about it.
No way is he 6'4". If there are photos of his equaling Witherspoon, then he is again wearing serious elevator shoes. Watch them actually fighting, a situation where he had to be wearing flats: [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_NPcMNRQgHE[/ame] He's a good 3" shorter than the 6'4" Witherspoon. This is obvious.
Actually, the footage makes it pretty obvious they are the same height. Tell me: Who has the more straight-up style? Who slouches a bit more in their regular boxing stance? Who is the much leaner? (creating the optical illusion of being taller, when it's clear if you actually use your eyes that this isn't the case)
He will probably always have boobs no matter how hard he try to lose weight. It is one of those things - ask any chick. It does not affect his stamina though. He went the distance with Adamek and Chambers.
Adamek can't punch for **** at HW. So? :huh...and, Chambers? Ironically, what's being said incorrectly about Arreola here is true of both of them - they belong at CW or lower. Neither should be anywhere near heavyweight. Conversely, Arreola at no point since turning pro should have tried to weigh under 200 - least of all now in his thirties.
