Is Arreola signed to fight Vitali on Sept 29?

I agree to an extent, but after everyone one of his fights (in which his weight continues to climb) he talks about working on his fitness all year around. I mean to be an elite level fighter, even at the heavyweight divsion, you have to show discipline. Assuming he's over 300 pounds here, and the proposed date of the fight is Sept 29th that's less than 8 weeks.

In short, it's my guess this fight has a better chance of happening near the end of the year as it does in less than 8 weeks.
