    what a load of ****, sounds like juvenile, immature stereotypes

    I'm talking from an adult perspective, not a teenage perspective which is obviously where you are at

    You have a nice, leafy, natural area predominantly populated by families, you have a heap of beautiful waterways, a national partk, endless sporting facilities, some nice beaches, plenty of entertainment & cafes, restaurants etc

    Most people are middle class & focussed on family etc

    You're serviced by a trainline all the way through the shire, its less than an hour to the CBD or you could drive to the city in far less depending on traffic

    all in all its a great place to live, the real estate is only as inflated as demand dictates
