Dont pay any mind to rankings....just give the fighters a chance in there with contenders and champs and judge them....he might get found out, he might shine...

if anyone thinks that he can reach the top of the WW division then yeah thats def overrating him.

he has the offence to hurt just about anyone in the WW but i dont see him being as great as Cotto or Mayweather obviously.

Berto , to me, has nonly proof he can beat chumps, most of his opponent have not been able to mount an attack in matter you can say he has been tested, can he take a punch, how he will react dfighting someone of his talent and equal opponent, how he will react to getting hit regularly, a cut,advsrsity...I am not sold on Berto as of yet....we seen it over and over again and we watched once again lsat night with PW

    We watching the same fighter?

He's a good young fighter..not on Cotto or Floyd's level but I could see him competing with any of the WWs.

boxrec rankings are shite...thanks why Orishaman. You should know that by now.

BUT, Berto will be a top WW for a long time. Give him time.

I jsut not sold on him....sure he is strong has a good physique...but for me that;s it....

None of his opponents have taken him to his limit...

He looks fast and accurate against static hand pick opponents...hell Trabant was a step up from catatonic...that guy was a joke....please

Berto needs to fight say a Ricardo Torres and lets see how he react to an opponent with heavy hands willing to compete...

Collazo will dance his butt off around Berto...

I am just not convinece on Berto's abilities as a WW...

Top 10 based on talent for sure but not on accomplishments. He might very well just be another Zab Judah.

the thing that gets me about him is that he seems to not have a set technique in the ring. he still looks unsure of what to do even against chumps like last night, like if he's still wet behind the ears.

i was thinking of Cotto and how confident he is in the ring and how you can tell that he knows what to do at any given time of a fight. and he looked like that years ago.

    thats what Berto lacks.
