I think he’s the most skilled fighter at 175, and now that Beterbiev’s injured and up there in age I don’t think he’s staying at the top for long. I know he’s a little small for the weight but I can see his all around boxing skills and physical attributes getting him a win vs anyone in the division. Anyone agree?

Beterbiev would wreck him, old or not.

That said, Beterbiev has wasted around 3 years of his career already and does not have that long left. Bivol may take over then.

Beterbiev is the lineal and he has unified 2 belts.
Bivol was gifted a belt and he has some good wins under his belt. But a big no from me.

Beterbiev beats bivol easier than he did the nail imo

No jokes I would pick Beterbiev to have an absolute war with someone like Andy Ruiz or Povetkin.

have you seen the fight between him and usyk in the amateurs? At the end you can see on usyk’s face he’s saying to himself ‘thank god that’s over with!’

well boxrec still has Kovalev listed as top dog believe it or not

honestly whether you think its Bivol or Beterbiev they need to line up a fight soon. Beterbiev about to turn 36 and hasnt fought in 13 months and has nothing lined up far as I can see.

I dont even know the last time Bivol fought.

jor smith jr is pretty limited, but he's been staying active at least, I could see him knocking off Beterbiev if Beve stays on the shelf much longer collecting dust

I think Beterbiev has a fight in late January or early February against Adam Dienes.

Yes but right now I think retirement for Beterbiev seems more likely to happen than a fight with Bivol.

Beterbiev is old and inactive. He's gonna lose sometime soon.

I’m not saying he’s gonna retire right now but the chances of that happening are likely a lot higher than a fight with bivol. I think Beterbiev’s decline will begin very soon.

LOL @ thinking Beterbiev could be successful at HW.

Beterbiev would get KOed at CW.
