Arum's first pirority is to make his boxers money. I may be critical of Pacquiao's choices of opponents in the past, but you can't blame Arum or Roach for that. Ok you can kind of blame Roach. It is his job as his mananger to avoide or mimmunize the risks.

Agree. It's all about keeping fresh before facing Floyd if he ever finds the urge to come out and play.

    NO

How can he ruined pac's legacy when he already accomplished so much. 8 titles in 8 weight class. Arum is only making pacquaio richer so you don't hear pacquaio complaining.

No. Arum is only disappointing many boxing fans by obviously going for fight that is only based on potential revenue. It does make $$ sense, but real fans know they could have a better upcoming fight.

Pac's legacy is already secured. You can't take back what he already accomplished. Not even PED use rumors started by his haters can do that. Pac is 13-0 when it comes to drug tests. The last drug test after the Margarito fight was unannounced and totally by surprise. Sorry haters. :yep

Clottey is no easy fight for any WW, just ask Cotto, Baldomir, Judah and Margarito...**** off!

Ridiculous. Pac's legacy is sealed as an ATG. Outside of a Martinez fight (which won't happen), only the Mayweather fight can significantly add to his legacy. He beats Marquez, Bradley or Berto at 147, what does that prove? With no meaningful fights left, Pac is simply cashing in while waiting for Mayweather. This will have little bearing on how his legacy is judged down the years. It's not like he's been facing bums. Infact he's been facing guys who were seen as Mayweather's best wins (DLH, Hatton, Mosley) and guys Mayweather didn't want to fight (Cotto, Margo).

Not really. But imo he isn't on hagler, duran, leonard, and hearns level. Neither Floyd or Manny are fighting the best right now. Why Bigragu keeps saying Cotto was number 1 at the time? He wasn't number 1 Shane Mosley was. I think Bloodboxing gives better examples in his video about Shane Mosley vs Manny Pacquiao.

No he's not, but i would not exactly say he's trying too hard to enhance it at the moment.

    Of course he's not!

The guy is a **** but PAC's resume is outrageous and is about to add mosley

Throw in the (slim?) possibility of Mayweather and Martinez and we are looking at a lock for top 10-20 ATG!

Not exactly. He just fought Margarito, Cotto, Clottey recently. upcoming is a fight with Mosely although past his peak..better resume than having Marquez but i still would want to see that fight soon.

Depends if you asking the casual fan or the hardcore fan.

For the casual fan bob has helped pac fan base greatly.

    Nothing can ruin Pac's legacy.

He is a legitimate contender for the title of greatest weight-jumper in boxing history.

One bad fight (Mosley) is just a blip orchestrated by a powerful and selfish promoter (Arum).

As long as Pac fights a live dog next (Marquez) or a younger gun (Berto or the Bradley/Alexander winner), all will be forgiven and forgotten for one crap match-up.
