Cotto would have murdered him, and thats what Floyd should have done, what I am saying though is if Cotto went the distance Floyd fans would be the ones saying exactly what I am saying now.

ESPN: isn't that largely American? 'Nuff said. Imbeciles more interested in watching reality shows distort reality than anything real like boxing .

i thnk the fact that the heavyweight div. is ruled by europeans has a lot to do with it. boxing is considered dead because its not popular in the u.s. as it use to be when the heavyweight picture was ruled by household american names.

i agree with you on that. being an american it makes me sick how ignorant some of us are. when i was watching the mayweather/marquez with some of my unknowledged friends, one of them had the nerve to say, "I bet Mayweather could be the next Mike Tyson if he moved up in weight, he would knock everyone out." I literally felt like slapping the **** out of him for saying somethin so stupid. He couldnt even knock marquez out.

Americans are slaves to the media. The media no longer covers boxing. Therefore, Americans don't follow it. The beginning of the death of American boxing was not the decline of the American HW but PPV. I watched it happen over the last 25 years. You can't support and follow what you can't see.
