i don't get this. why not? PBF is american and so is DLH. both were olympians and so has been introduced to the mainstream audience before they went professional. both were fighting at the bigger weight classes or more specifically the welterweight, the traditional hotbed of boxing when HWs aren't performing, both were former pound for pound no. 1 at their peak.

i don't know why you think we can't compare them when on the other hand you were ready to compare an american PBF to a filipino Pac who can't even speak straight english, fighting at a low weight class and isn't introduced to the mainstream audience via olympics but instead by fighting non-american small boxers in barrera and morales

You cant compare them because DLH is a special case. This is too obvious to even explain.

I voted for for Pac just because he seems to be a better person. The problem is does Pac really care about selling a fight or boxing outside of home country. I would rather watch Pac than Floyld that much I do know. Floyld seems to be playing at boxer with his will he wont he fight bull ****. It seems to me Pac cares about his fans Im not sure we could say the same about floyld.

This thread proves what a bunch of idiots shutins who dont live in the real world post on this forum.

Pac better for boxing then Mayweather. LOL! A filipino, who cant speak english, and fights at lightweight. Some of you people are a joke. No wonder boxing ratings were going to **** before Mayweather.

Lol was the NWO bad for wrestling. Was Joker bad for Batman? Floyd and his family were the most interesting episode in the sport, still people cant stop talking about Floyd, the same guy who actually brought boxing back into the mainstream a little bit, yet he was somehow doing boxing wrong despite bringing in the biggest paydays since Tyson? Dont make me laugh.

Pac is willing to fight anybody, his fights are full of excitement, let's say that Floyd has better skills, is true, but the path that Pac walked to get to the top was a very hard one and he did it (JMM 2, EM 3, MAB 2). As a fan one has to admire what he has done over the years and now he is #1 P4P and still willing to fight Hatton at 140, it could be crazy or maybe not but he is willing to fight against dangerous opponents, I do respect that.

A compelling arguement . . . but stupid. You seems not to understand what the thread is all about.

Does having a better control of the english language and having a good family history related to this sports justifies anybody for being the better no 1 fighter? This is also not about who made the biggest purse bud. :nono

. . . my understanding is that . . . this about who's gonna be better in terms of depending his title by fighting the right fights and opponents . . . as the title says as the p4p # 1.

      :rofl
