In the UK- i believe boxing is on the rise. its not like it was when we had eubank benn and watson, but it will be again

Frank warren has signed a deal that brings boxing back to prime TERRESTrial TV which is the biggest factor going

    It's ok :D

We got somewhat 7 channels showing boxing live and on tape delay (ARD, ZDF, RTL, PRO7, Eurosport, DSF, Premiere) with Premiere being the only payTV channel.

And this isn't just boxing from Germany but from the UK and US as well, though it takes about a month to be able watching HBO and SKYSPORTS fightcards.

Warren has had boxing live on terrestrial TV for years now, in fact he's taking most of his fights to Setanta Sports, with whom he just signed a deal, and is just keeping Khan on ITV, to build him up into an even bigger star, at which point he'll probably hope to charge a premium for taking Khan onto pay-TV too...

Profesional boxing is the best it's ever been in Ireland .
Bernard Dunne is probably the best paid fighter in the Super Bantamweight division .

There's more cards than ever and it's all thanks to Brian Peters and Bernard Dunne .
