    I think the list is rather scientific in approach. Boxing to me is one of the most difficult sports, not only in the ring, but outside of it....politics.

    Ah, yes, politics! Inevitable, I fear; boxing is a business and the point of business is to sell something for more than it's worth, hence the padded records, the hype, the dodging of certain styles or of dangerous lesser known prime opponents and the inclination to concentrate on match-making that involves sonorous names that tingle the eardrums of the casual fan.

    I knew a Mr. Natural Universe (1986 and 2000) and he said that it works better if you take a day off during the week and just rest. He said your muscles need time to recover and time to rest up. So its not a 24/7, 365 thing.
