Nah even without the pacman win how many guys have a better resume than him? And out of those guys how many are not going to make it to the HOF?

    Marquez coming off ko6
    Prime undefeated Alexander
    Peterson
    Abregu
Chaves(if you're not going to count Pac you have to count this robbery)
    Undefeated Vargas
    Casamayor
    Holt
    Vasquez
    Witter

well I guess since marquez was fmous for koing pacman, then perhaps you can add him to the list of famous wins for Bradley.

the others are merely (although merely is the wrong word) titlist/former titlist wins, indicating a very good resume at world level. They are what you would expect a champion to be doing, a real one rathe rthan a fake one like joe calzaghe.

yeah, but how many guys who are still active have a better resume than him? a win over a prime alexander and peterson is FAR better than anything GGG has done.

yes it is, but 3g is no HoFer yet (and might not get there if he doesn't get his skates on, 2 good wins over geale and lemiux dont make any form of history).

You still havent answered my question. Who has a better resume than Bradley? And out of those guys are any of them not making the HOF? Also Vasquez was an extremely underrated win, one of Bradley's best. Vasquez was basically undefeated at that point and most people who've claimed to watch canelo/vasquez 1 scored it for vasquez. I haven't seen it though.

in his division he has the currently best resume yes, though that's partly because the ones better than him are retired, moved out of the division or are on the way to retirement. so I think perhaps you have a case as long as Bradley closes his account well.

    but not yet.

I agree that its unfair that someone like wlad gets consideration for being someones brother, when his resume is pants compared to Bradleys.

Not in his division I meant in all of boxing.

well you are basing a lot on the pacman win, which wasn't a win in my book.

several champions have beaten an "alexander" and a "Peterson". 3g has his Peterson in Geale (although geale is his peak acehviement, and notably achieved when 3g was older and later on than Desert Storm. The Storm is clearly a higher achiever at present moment).

You're really comparing an undefeated Peterson to a Geale who just lost to Barker the other fight, and got destroyed by WW Cotto?

Here's the current list of rings p4p.

    Gonzalez
    Ward
    Kovalev
    GGG
    Rigo
    Wlad
    Crawford
    Pac
    Yamanaka
    Brook

The only person who CLEARLY has a better resume than Bradley is Pac. You can definitely make a case of Ward and Chocolatito having better resumes, but definitely not for the rest.

Peterson loses validity for being a drug cheat though. Geale has unifed, I believe, despite a relatively short career at the very top.

I agree that list of p4p isn't outstanding viewing currently, brad is probably 4th behind ward, choc and pac. But I don't think that makes him HoFer. Being on a figure on a stat list don't make you famous, it needs to be something that stands out on a stat list.

He'll get in but he probably shouldn't. His resume is full of gift decisions. I had Pacquiao beating him by a lot in their first fight, Provodnikov beating him by one point, and a draw with Marquez. He should have got the Chaves win though. I also think that his victories over Witter, Alexander, and Peterson are significant. It's nice to see a guy who's actually willing to step up and fight anybody like he's done.
