Is Brian Viloria just the most un-thankful boxer every?

I know that Wealth TV isnt a big network to be figthing on, but still.!

They showed his Unification fight with Tyson Marquez.

Then after the fight he says how much he hopes that HBO or Showtime picks up his next fight, while he gives an interview on Wealth TV.

There is no chance on earth that either Showtime or HBO are broadcasting a 122 lbs. fight on their network. No way!

    He's 112 pounds.

Calderon has been on PPV undercards.

There's no excuse not to have had Viloria/Marquez on Showtime or HBO.

PPV undercard is not the same. You buy the card for the Main Event and not for the undercard.

HBO has the worst PPV undercards anyway

Yeah, what a ****ing dick wanting to be paid as much as possible for staging his fights versus the best. Horrible *******, wanting to be one paid according to his status. I hate him.

Thats not the point. The point is that he says he wants to be on Showtime or HBO, when he is interview by Wealth TV

They've done several 122-pound fights, actually, and recently. But, that's the wrong weight class. Do you mean ungrateful because he's on this other network? I guess it's not the most gracious thing if it's not some offshoot network but a rival one that had treated him well. I'm not familiar with the channel or who owns it, etc. But, what I've seen of Viloria suggests he's actually a legit gentleman that wouldn't intentionally show an ungrateful attitude. Maybe he just didn't think about it. ESPN guys have mentioned HBO/Showtime as the next step. This is just the nature of the business though. It's understood that fighters are trying to work up to these networks, as an ideal, isn't it?

Would people had been able to see the fight if Wealthtv hadn't picked up the fight?

I see volken's point, kinda ungrateful to say that.

The money/starpower just isn't there in the midget divisions. It's why Donaire will never be P4P #1 and guys like Viloria fly way under the radar.
