An Irishman is driving along in the Irish countryside, when he comes to a petrol station, since he's in need of petrol, the man decides to stop. He says to the attendant at the station, "Fill it up, will you?". The man says "Sorry - we're right out of petrol." So the man considers, and says "Well, I'm a bit low on oil, would you mind topping that up?" And the attendant responds"Sorry, but no oil either." The man thinks, and asks the attendant to wash his windscreen, to which he gets the by-now predictable response that he can't do that. The man at this point is fairly mad, so he asks the attendant "Just what kind of petrol station is this ?" The attendant then looks both ways, and very carefully whispers to the man "To tell you the truth, this is just an IRA front."

The man then says "Well, in that case, you can blow up the tyres !"

I agree. To me it seems like Burns team knew he would fair better against a deliberate fighter like Kats than Broner, and that he played the "I'll fight anyone but I leave it up to my team card, so he didn't look like he was avoiding Broner. I believe he did duck Broner.

Kats is a great win for him, but as I said before the fight, Broner would of caused him major problems, and when all said and done, Kats is a deliberate/hittable fighter who has disadvantages of height and reach.

Don't know that you can call it poor, but how about Cuba and Thailand, both bonafida boxing countries and arguable more so than the US. They’ve have produced many amatuer medallists per capita and have a long history of creating tough fighters.

The problem is that most of the big **** bag promoters and organisations that have had a strangle hold on the sport for many many years are Americans or based in the Americas so it's not surprising most fighters considered for voluntary title defences are in the Americas, is easier and naive fans have name recognition hence less chances to lesser known fighters from the otherside of the world.
