I cannot work out what there is to get excited about.

If he wasn't American nobody would care.

Most Americans are busy hating Broner and jocking old foreigners like Kovalev....Golovkin...and those rusty robot Klitchko brothers.

The more and more i think about it, i come to the conclusion Maidana will take Broners soul and his WBA title. Maidana will beat him through being the tougher man and Broner might even quit like Ortiz did or take a knee and not continue. I question the kids toughness but maybe he will prove me wrong.

If he does win he will prove me wrong because whatever happens, Maidana is going to land shots on broner and question his toughness. I'm not one of these out there who think Broner is so amazingly skilled that he will just easily outbox Maidana for 12 rounds and not get touched, he will get hit vs Maidana trust me. I think his defense is overrated and his power at 147 is debatable at best.

Interesting. That was the same thing I read around here when Maidana fought Devon Alexander.

10 rounds of ass-whopping later, Maidana hasn't been put in the ring with another 'skilled' guy since.

Broner doesn't fight anything like broner though, Broner won't clinch over 100 times will he?.

Devon won in a very boring fight, deserved his win though.

DeMarco is his best win to date...

Also DeMarco fought a really bad fight... no surprise he got TKO'd.

    struggled/lost to PDL and Quintero.

Struggles with better boxers... Maidana will give him hell if he has a questionable heart body or chin. If he gets past Maidana then his hype is reduce but I still believe better boxers will **** him sideways. Also stop making saying Alexander beat this guy so Broner will do the same... Alexander holds and has an iron chin. He whooped that out of shape crude pre-Robert Garcia Maidana.

Broner had an amateur record of 300-19. Not exactly a bad record. Plus he would of been extremely young when an amateur.
