Broner is overrated, thats not to say he is not a good fighter he is a Mallignagi type fighter will pick up the odd belt but will never be elite.

@147 Floyd, Alexander, Khan, Thurman, Bradley, Brook, Pac Man, Provodnikov, Marquez, Ortiz all beat him.

@140 Garcia, matthyse, Peterson, Judah, even at @135 I think Vazquez beats him to.

I see nothing in him to say he will be and I have been watching boxing for over 20 years. he is easy to hit and flat footed, he has above average hand speed and throws good combinations but his output is lazy and his lifestyle outside of the ring suggests conditioning will be an issue later in his career.

He has had 2 girts in his career already the PDL one being the biggest he lost 8 rounds of that fight IMO but because Golden Boy can market him they had the score cards already filled. GBP will cash out in the next year or so untill them they will keep matching him with C / B level fighters like Maidana and Paulie.

He was fighting at 130 and 135 and killing himself to do it I am not suprised he was not rocked or stopped. he has made a career so far from fighting C level midgets 2 weight classes below where he should have been fighting.

Yes I did watch the PDL fight and I stand by what I said no way could anyone call that fight for Broner no way a HUGE GIFT.

My god GGG I dont follow GGG I have no idea where you got this information from. I enjoy watching him fight but I am no fanboy, I agree 100% GGG has not fought anyone of note yet he needs to fight a Martinez ect to show what level he is really at. Unlike Broner though I think he will clean up that division but that is partly down to MW being quite weak at the moment.
