Is Broner being disrespecting with the "Can" phrase?

    What happened with Maidana? Maybe he should stay away from the Argentinians, and Russians, British? No " cans" in those.

    I have no problem with it, but what good would it be to alienate a portion of your potential fan base, and even though there was a tape delay, would it do the network, sponsors, and promoters any good to get a fine levied against them when in probability they were putting on a show at a loss? Or paranoid network executives see his comments as borderline racist and dont want him on network tv?

    I think it's a stupid line though...Mexican, American, Dominican, African, Puerto Rican....

    Great, so everybody can get it... unless they're a Canadian, Panamanian, Belgian, German, Englishman, Irishman, Nicaraguan, Brazilian, Argentinian, Filipino, Frenchman, Russian, Ukrainian, Indonesian, Venezuelan...

    Anyone getting offended by the CAN comment is way too sensitive.

    And in regards to being the CAN MAN, the only reason Broner can be called that is
    cause he got it in the can from Maidana.

    The Can Man! I like the gimmick. I just wish he had lived up to the hype. He's still someone to watch, but I don't get as excited about A.B. these days. He's been unimpressive, since getting derailed by Marcos "Madonna". lol

    Nope, but he needs better phrases. He used to be a better talker than Mayweather, now he's more arrogant, needs to come up with better phrases. Better to leave race, nationalities, or ethnic groups out of it, tho. They might take it in a different way.
