Demarco was the champ at 135, so Broner was after he destroyed him

I would not say talentless, but not good enough to rule any weightclass above 135.

wouldn't say that, but he's certainly way overhyped and has no buisness in Mayweather's class. He certainly has talent.

Really, really want him to get KO'd by Lucas or Maidana. I'd say it's possibly.

Not unless he goes back to 135. I have to be honest the kid is to Mayweather what payless is to Prada. He isn't this heir apparent that he's been touted as. His offense is predictable, and his defense is irresponsible. Aside from the shoulder roll stance, and skin tone their is very little to compare between Broner and Mayweather.

So you admit there Calzaghe was the man at LHW because he beat the man. Jones was handed the title and didnt beat the man

    Burns was top dog

Jones was handed the title because ring felt he was the best fighter in the division, along with all the major belts. Any theory that Jones wasn't the man, had to be dismissed after DM's loss to Gonzalez and Roy's victory over Tarver defending his ring belt.

To say Jones was the wrong man holding the ring belt, would mean Calzaghe was also the wrong man to hold the ring belt, because it should have gone to Gonzalez and Erdei.

I would just rather admit that Roy and Calzaghe were both the man, and Calzaghe became the man, for beating the man , that beat the man, that dethroned the man Roy Jones.

This would be a perfect example for me, that the true lineal champ isn't always the man in the division.

Anyone who wants to argue that Jones was not the man at LHW, and DM was the rightful owner of the ring belt, needs to also argue that Calzaghe was not a 2 weight champion.

Couldnt say if he was, I think it was Tarver who was #1 and Jones came back to LHW and fought him to become #1 with Tarver moved to #2, then they fought again and Tarver won and became champ. Is that right?
I remember Hopkins beating Tarver and becoming the man, but know before then, there was some dispute with the LHW title when DM was not given the belt

I agree that can often be the case.
A good example to me was when Hatton beat Tsyzu to be considered the man, but Floyd the WBC champ would have been favoured if they had of fought then
