If he doesnt mind having his career stalled and possibly destroyed then yea he is capable of it. First of all GBP would freeze him out and Broner would then have to take his pick in fighting Gamboa and Dirrell.

It would be the dumbest thing he can do at this point.

    Hes obsessed with Mayweather.

So he will want to be where Mayweather is.

If hes able to leave i'm sure he will.

i don't think broner will leave anytime soon...but it may happen eventually. the grass always looks greener on the other side. i'd like to see what their team is going to look like. there is more to these promotional companies than ppl think. they'll need a good matchmaker for sure.

I know, but it would be so fitting for Bronner to be with TMT. But he is just starting to see the good days at GB. Now that 50 and Oscar have a beef. That would be the ultimate slap in the face

i'm sure broner's deal with oscar is probably a fight by fight basis....so it's not out of the question that all of haymon's fighters may leave...but that would be bad for business to put all their eggs in one basket like that. curtis is just starting and hasn't proved himself just yet...but i'm sure if he can get this thing going properly, he's definitely going to be promoting whoever mayweather signs.

He's fine where he is. 50 only has 3 fighters right now, one on the verge of retirement.

    ppl think it's easy....it ain't.

oscar was able to draw sponsorships that most fighters wouldn't because of his gold medal, great story and clean image (at least in the beginning).

it takes a lot of money to promote...and it's easy to go broke trying to figure the business out. floyd has managed to put himself in a nice spot...but just like oscar...these guys have huge egos. can they put those egos aside to develop the next great fighter? oscar's biggest achievement as a promoter has been mares. they took him from his pro debut til now. if it weren't for oscar himself along with bhop, shane and barrera...and more recently mayweather...gbp would be small time. take a look at that short list. all of those guys were developed by old school promoters who had solid teams and jumped ship to gbp. which developed fighters will jump ship to go to TMT? will they be capable of developing new talent? i'm sure haymon is going to be the guy behind the scenes if this is to succeed. let's see what happens.

Nice post, I agree. I'm all for TMT and personally I'm rooting for them to succeed. 50 is smarter than he is given credit for in here.

And Top Rank will be left out in the cold....love it :hi:

My guess is that Haymon is a director in the money team promotions.
