Brook looked good but also hats off to Jones who showed great heart. Did anyone watch the fight right after the main event between one of the Walsh brothers vs some romanian who Woodhall perfectly described as Danny Divito. :rofl

 Sorry I've been on the pop and also trying to play XBox. I really should know my limitations, I'm not much of a multi-tasker....:patsch

really good peformance by kell brook. he would have comfortably outboxed jones even if he had more time to prepare.

hopefully mcintyre will get the chance to get his belt back, although docherty seems to want a crack at the title. anyone know what was going on with docherty getting pissed off at the end of the fight?

I thought it was a midget Richard Dreyfuss at first.

I didn't see the fight but glad to hear Brook boxed well, as I have only him seen him twice before and I was totally unimpressed.

I think claims of world class are a bit premature, but he looks the business domestically.

When I watched him I thought his footwork was poor, his feet too close together meaning he leant back too much when defending and got tagged by shots he shouldn't have been caught with. It also meant his balance was a bit off.
He lacked any real power and looked easy to counter. Plus his chin looks iffy.

His resume makes Khans look like a whos who of power punchers.

there seems to be lot of comparisons to naz,due mosly to the fact that they were both trained by brendon ingle

 It was hilarious the way he was swinging punches and was still miles off target.

yeah too many flaws for world class.

    bit of talent there.

but defence is a little leaky.

especially given the fact he's at 147ibs. :patsch

We know you'd say that though since you fancy him.

Both looked great giving boxing lesson's to their opponents so I dunno who to choose.

tough one to call. brook looked tired at times and that was only in the 6th/7th rounds, probably because he was trying too hard to get jones out of there, but mcintyre has proven himself over the distance so brook would have to be in better condition.

neither have the greatest chins, but brook has the edge in power and accuracy, so i'd probably favour him by stoppage in the mid rounds.
