No doubt in my mind thats exactly what happened with Billy, as ive said before, people lose all perspective of Actual reality on these boards.

For that reason im quite happy people who will try and chat about boxing come here-even if they have nothing else in their lives, surely its no more 'empty' than people who come on the internet to do very little other than troll\post repetitive points over and over

You're right olly.I have followed Ricky since I trained at the same gym as him since 2006 and although I knew he was never going to beat Broner,I've thoroughly enjoyed the ride and was saying on Friday night that I felt the journey was coming to an end,so I was a supporter who perhaps felt that Ricky would at least be able to be competitive with the likes of Vasquez.And although I posted on CHB that I felt it was coming to an end,I felt it would be Crawford and not Beltran who beat him.
You see,what some of these know-****-alls don't get is that some of us aren't fickle and don't just abandon fighters we follow because they're on the way down.I won my biggest ever boxing bet with Ricky against Martinez and that was a great journey given that I first met him between the Arthur and Johannson losses.

I heard about them yesterday over at the other place and that they were ruining it for the few good posters that were left so I thought I'd take a look,and it's clear they can't handle a question that goes a bit beyond the obvious and they swerve it with stupid insults and emoticons.

Well let's put it another way.I showed that they are incapable of debating or answering questions that are a bit tough for them so maybe I should've said that I showed them up for the shitty posters that they are.
Ero-sennin also showed them up and I notice Solaris has conveniently chosen to ignore my question from yesterday after he made a ridiculous post about Ricky taking a pay cut because judges gave the wrong verdict.

Any neutral only has to take a look and see that they are incapable of having a proper debate if the going gets a bit tough.

Burns clearly lost, was his jaw broken in the second? we'll never know but he did well to survive regardless although he still lost clearly. Ricky is the star not Billy, he should remember that.

I'm still a big fan of Ricky and he deserved to be world champion and he is world class but he should have lost his title and Billy needs to control his ego to be honest, it embarrasses him more than anyone else.
