Thanks, i appreciate the answer. I was kind of hesitant of usiing nuts post workout because of the fat content and i heard that fat isnt good after a workout
Top man EP ;-) "Splurge" on Chicken? Haha. I have GOT to have it (same as Steak/Fish) or i'd go mad. I don't think i'd call it splurging though? Is yours not skinless then? FULL Paleo would take some crazy willpower.
So far the only non paleo foods/drink ive had is pea's ( come on its a veg!!+ thought it was paleo), coffee and protien powder.
Paleo = What was around in those days. Protein powder? No way. Coffee? Nah. If one could stick to FULL Paleo for around 6-8 weeks (and fully stick to it without cracking) then the results (coupled with hard work in the gym) could be eye opening.
I know thats why i said non paleo. I Dont think i could hack FULL PALEO. However some foods that were around then are not allowed in the paleo diet. Such as milk (if cows existed so did milk) and i believe some wheat did exist. And correct me if im wrong but isnt paleo more Health orientated then sports/body composition
Full Paleo would be VERY hard wouldn't it mate? It's just fruit/nuts/meat for 9/10 of most meals that bores me.
