    He was somewhat slick high ring IQ he wasn't there to be hit and had quick feet and hands. Calzaghe is one of the most underrated fighters of his era. A true ATG who would have been great in any era.

    Good point. He had a very high ring iq and I did like the way he made adjustments in the ring mid fight.

    His mid fight adjustments against another ring genius in Hopkins were brilliant and I never thought I'd see someone do that to Hopkins. Joe Calzaghe had arguably the highest ring IQ in the sport when he was active. His ring IQ is criminally underrated here.

    Not text book slick. Weird way slick. Thats why he was fun when he was still around.
