These threads always come up, but I'll mention that gif. Calzaghe has the ability to paw at fighters like that 50 times a round if he likes, but the person on the receiving end never knows when a real punch is coming - and they do come look at Kessler's face after their match - so they basically end up running or throwing hopeful shots that Joe can counter.

Everyone attacks Joe's weakness - punching power - without acknowledging that his other skills more than make up for this. Chin, stamina, workrate, heart, speed, skills. ****, if his hands weren't made out of biscuits, he could probably go up to Cruiser!
