Is Calzaghe scared sh*tless of Hopkins?

Nah, nobodies really afraid of Hopkins anymore, resume is the only reason he sits high on the P4P rankings, he's slow with an extremely low workrate. Guys like Kessler, Calzaghe, Dawson and a few others that probably have no shot at making the fight happen, would love a piece of the old man.

 

Calz much less afraid afraid of Hopkins than the real Rumsfeld was to serve in vietnam.

I voted the demi-god slot, but with hesitation as I he is not a demi-god. I do not think it's high risk low reward that's stopping it either.

Hopkins threw over 600 punches (mostly power shots) vs Winky...and even more vs Tarver and he has an extremely low workrate?

For the last time, to all of the people who have never seen a full Hopkins fight, he DOES NOT have a low workrate. He lowered his workrate vs Taylor...AND....THAT....IS....ALL!

He didn't just lower it vs Taylor, Eastman is another fight that comes to mind, wasn't very high vs Tarver either. Not to mention how gramps' workrate (and his current speed) looks next to Calzaghes.

 

Calzaghe should give up on fighting the old chicken****......Popkins obviously doesn't want to face him.
