    Not yet I wouldn't think, hasn't been that long since he beat the clear #2 168 fighter in the world or retired from 168 to my knowledge.

    At the same time or in a career? Mayweatehr had the Ring at 130, 135 (not sure about 135) & 147. I'm sure loads have been multiple ring belt holders throughout their careers. Wasn't Delahoya simultanous ring belt holder at 140 and 147?

    He had a Ring belt at 135, but actually not at 130 (Mayweather that is).
    When DLH last fought at 147, the Ring championship policy didn't exist yet, nevermind 140.
