Is Calzaghes legacy resting only on his win against prime Kessler?

without that win you could say he beat Hopkins,
yes its a good win but it was a close fight and some feel Bernard won even so Jermain Taylor beat hopkins twice.

ok Eubank is a good win but was eubank past it at that point?

RJJ is shot to bits and a old man at the point he faces calzaghe.
so really his only great win and legacy win is prime kessler

prime Hopkins was arguably a better win

Jonesing Jones and Lacying the next Tyson was pretty awesome too

  3. Lacy was the equivalent of Adrien Broner today. A good fighter but looked awesome against poor opposition. Got put in the ring with a guy with good stamina, who could go the distance and poof, the hype train ran out of gas that night.

You see, this is why Calzaghe fans are complete and utter morons who cannot be taken seriously. Calzaghe said himself that Jones was shot and that fighting him would be pointless. But he does it anyway and his idiot fans still lap it up and give him huge credit for it:lol:

It's actually painful how stupid some some people are.

the roy jones senior win is tosh

the hopkins win he barely scr aped

reid beat him f w a n k was flapping round the ring saying he will get his rematch and joe told him this to whilst getting booed to fu ck whilst robin got the crowd cheering joe thinking they would roll the dice again only for joe to dissmiss robin and the rematch in the future

go look at the fight look at the stats look at joes body language f w a n k s and the crowds

now some one will try comparing starie to groves any minute now

He beat prime Reid, he beat Eubank, he beat prime Bika, he beat Brewer, he beat Mitchell, he beat Woodhall. He was the man at super middle for 10 years.

People forget, one of the main reasons Lacy was so hyped by the media for this fight was because Calzaghe was thought of as utter garbage, the guy was seen as a fraud and Lacy was going to rid the boxing world of him.

Calzaghe has TWO (2) genuine KOs to his name out of 46 fights.

The rest were (british) TKO stoppages.

Youtube Calzaghe KO Specialist for proof.
