I only meant he showed great heart by getting up after that brutal forearm. Obviously it was unintentional, but it was still brutal, and had Joe severely hurt

Thats not even debatable, it was a brutal shot, had him hurt, but he got up and survived, and fought back like he did whenever he was in trouble

Joe had a great chin and great recuperative powers, and I'll definitely give him credit for that.
