The most satisfying and exhilarating match to watch? Beating the infidel american over hyped "next tyson" left hook lacy :rofl:rofl:rofl:rofl I hate Infidels who boast and pretend "Yeaaa dawgg imaa gonna smoke ya dawgg.. sheeeeet my N!gaa.. I be Jeff lacy" and he got ****ing destroyed schooled and sent back to retirement. :happy:happy:happy
Loved both the Lacy and Mosley fights. Hopkins vs Pavlik was great too. Jack Leow before the fight wouldn't shut up about how Pavlik was going to KO Bernard. Turns out he could hardly even touch him.
Lacy walked in straight lines onto Joes combos for 12 rounds, he had zero boxing skill and moved like his boots were made of cement. He was useless.
The best "schooling" of recent times is Prob Barerra Vs. Hamed. (Using fundamentals Vs. Naseem's style) ^Worked like a charm.
Revisionism says that was a schooling. It wasn't anything like a Calzaghe-LAcy, Hopkins-Pavlik schooling.
Closer than considered these days, much like Taylor vs Chavez. Hopkins vs Tarver was pretty sweet too. Hopkins was the man when it came to making a point.
All the fights mentioned above were great to watch. The Calzaghe fight will always hold a special place in my heart as that is the fight that got me into the sport. Dont really like Joe all that much anymore but the shear manner of the victory over the the heavily hyped "next Tyson" is all too easily forgotten. Comfortably one of the most significant fights of that decade.
NO. For **** sake why do peple bring this up all the time, Lacy was complete dog bollocks. I could see straight away he was an overhyped bum, and anyone who believed he was the next Tyson deserves putting down. Average win against a body builder trying to make it as a boxer.
Yep, another American dickhead sent packing by the great Calzaghe.... I laughed like ****, what an absolute schooling
This is the typical response that this victory now gets, so ignorant. If Joe was American we would still see no end of how great the victory was.
