Is Canelo a better fighter then Chris Eubank Snr?

    Could Eubank be the P4P#1 today? In place of Canelo.

    Whom do you think is the superior in terms of resume and H2H?

    Of course. Canelo has first rate defense, good power, excellent iq, bodypunching and a solid chin. Eubank is more of a standup puncher who's capable of taking and firing back. Canelo is a much better fighter "obviously" imo

    In terms of resume, Canelo is landslide better than Eubank. He beat the 3 most notables undefeated super middlweights in his time ultimately being the first fighter to unify all the belts in that division. He went to light heavyweight to knock Sergey Kovalev out and has beat such men as Amir Khan, Erislandy Lara, Daniel Jacobs, GGG, Liam Smith and James Kirkland.

    Here's some names he has beaten throughout his career too:
    Josesito Lopez, Matthew Hatton, Lovemore N'dou, Julio Cesar Chavez Jr, Austin Trout and Rocky Fielding

    I'm serious when I say Canelo could be the GOAT in boxing. He should keep doing what he is right now. Finding notable names and beat them. Hopefully, in another 5 years, he could be the GOAT.

    A lot of conditional wins there with context they look a lot less impressive. Don't you think?

    Are any of those men better then Watson and Benn?

    Eubank was tough and one of the best British fighters in that weight range for years. But Canelo is the better fighter imo.

    In terms of resume, Canelo's win over Miguel Cotto is arguably better than anyone Eubank Sr. ever faced. Tbh, I can't recall any Hall of Famer Eubank Sr. faced unless if you want to count Nigel Benn.

    You think beating a 35 year old former Jr welterweight is better than defeating Nigel Benn or Michael Watson?

    Some of them are better than Eubank's, but Canelo's resume also stacks up with notable good "accumulatively".
