And that was my point. Mayweather beat the brakes off of Canelo and Mayweather was the man in that division.
GGG beat Canelo the first time at middleweight and everybody knows that was a horrible decision.
So what weight class did Canelo dominate again.

Might be he did get gifts he knows this. Canelo at his careers most crucial moment had his.... Who is Canelo's best win bar the older GGG. I struggle to find anyone that can stack up to Carl Thompson (IMO he won) Benn and Watson. All in there prime one a big CW who crushed David Haye the other pair ATGs. I just don't think Canelo has enough iron in the division to prove himself as much as Chris, should he fight and beat Bivol though that would be something. The way he A sides (That what it's called?) fighters is despicable at times and when you add it into the equation takes the lustre off some wins.

Benn didn`t look good v Eubank, he fought far better in the rematch both fighters got caught a lot in their first clash, Canelo is better than anybody Sr beat.

I think Saunders would have beaten Watson and done well v McCallum.

I like Saunders but a prime MCcallum would have gotten him. He never faced anyone close to a MCcallum.
I do believe his style would give Mike a problem but I don't think Saunders would be more difficult then say a Graham or Kalambay.

Eubank has become somewhat underrated to me but Canelo is still better both head to head and on resume and I don't see where there is an argument for Eubank

He`s dominating super-middle now, Eubank never did.

Where were the challengers rated by the ring mag at that time? Ray Close should have been giving a decision over Eubank.

No his footspeed, McCallum had trouble with Graham and Kalambay due to their movement, Graham was a southpaw too, Watson didn`t have Saunders movement.

Saunders is nothing compared to Herol or Sumbu.

Title fights doesn't mean better fighters. Especially when they were mainly defenses of his own lightly regarded wbo title from that period

Graham`s head was too upright when he punched, he benefitted from a long reach and staying out of range.
