First Alvarez vacated his WBC title to duck a prime and dangerous Golovkin. Then he needed a gift draw against an older GGG, so decided to take PEDs so he could finally beat an even older Golovkin on paper. After that he signed a record breaking deal with DAZN, a 11-fight contract that would pay him at least $365 million. DAZN told him to fight Golovkin again, a guy he already beat supposedly. Yet Alvarez pulled a "nobody tells me who I should fight" diva **** plus he withdrew from year round VADA drug testing program. Is this guy the biggest diva in boxing history? I would say yes, even bigger than Mayweather while being a lesser draw and an inferior boxer which makes it worse.
Really? 1982 LMAO! I wonder how many outside me will actually watch the whole video! On the JK side, trying to figure out how to pronounce your name...at 1st I thought it looked like ashy warrior. I'm thinking some brown sugar lotion will do the trick! Any chance you related to Ashy Larry?
He's in contention, that's for sure. But there have been some peaches through the years, so, it's debatable.
I would say canelo and GGG are both frontrunners for the current Biggest Diva in Boxing...may be a slight edge goes to Canelo You don't have to even go back that far though, this torch was passed on to them by Diva Miguel Cotto
Bent the knee to Mayweathers demands. Bent his knees to Cotto's demands and accepted a peanut split of the purse. Also paid the WBC sanctioning fess for Cotto after he refused. Gave in to all of GGGs demands in both fights. Offered LHW Kovalev good money for a fight at the full 175lbs limit. I would say no , not even in the slightest. That prize goes to serial moaner and bird balls Golovkin.
The reasons by the OP to suggest that Canelo is a diva are pretty weak and frankly it sounds like massive spinning of events. Take the vacating of the WBC belt a few years ago. Was it not GGG who was acting like a diva when he showed up at the Khan bout and talked about how Canelo had a 15-day timetable that Canelo had to agree to terms by then? Who was the diva there, the guy who diva'd his way to a 15-day timetable as the interim champ or the guy who had a 15-day timetable forced upon him? Making demands like that makes you a diva, not being the subject of demands.
Just lol at you if you believe that. Alvarez never fought anyone with a pulse at 168. Sure he would fight the best LHW who doesn't even bring huge money to the table. Anyone who believes that is a total gullible naive sheep.
The offer was confirmed by Kathy Duva. She says it could happen after Krusher beats Yarde. Even being open to the idea of facing Kovalev eliminates the notion of Canelo being the biggest diva in the sport. Gennady would run away if you mentioned a fight at 175 to him.
