But they also won their fights without help from promoters and mostly didn't have ridiculous scorecards in every fight.
What kind of comment is that? Of course, Canelo is an all-time great. He's won the WBC and WBA super welterweight titles. He was the RING super welterweight champ. He's won the WBC and WBA Middleweight titles. Can win the IBF Middleweight title this weekend. He is the RING middleweight champion. He's won 51 pro fights. (Could win 52 on Saturday). And he's only 28. If he died today, he'd be a first ballot Hall of Famer.
By the logic of Titles then so is Broner. He also hasn't been in with a prime elite middleweight yet (until Saturday)
I suggest you do a little research and compile a list of ALL the fighters who won RING championships in TWO divisions who are NOT in the Hall of Fame. (You'll find a few recent guys, because some of them aren't eligible yet. NOTE: BRONER isn't one of them.) Then compare that list to ALL THE FIGHTERS who won Ring Championships in at least two divisions WHO ARE IN the Hall of Fame. You win Ring championships in TWO divisions, you're basically in. (Unless you totally screw up some other way.)
Help from DLH, Bob Bennett, The NSAC & their Vegas mafia honchos. He is Vegas Cash cow the $$$$$$$$ man He cannot be allowed to lose since he was handed the mantle from Mayweather. Canelo has arguably 5 losses on his record. At least any other fighter would have losses to Mayweather ,GGG X2, Lara & Trout
No. If he beats Jacobs, BJS, and rules middleweight for a couple more years... then he'd have a case.
