This pisses me off, the fact people like you can cast suspicion on any fighter who starts to really perform or just bursts in to bloom.

There is no evidence at all that GGG is doing anything wrong, he gets tested after every fight. GGG has always been regarded as a big puncher, he was a elite amateur and now a elite professional.

Just because he went more rounds with other fighters means nothing, styles make fights and even tonight his corner was telling him to "practice a few rounds"...how do you know in those fights you mention he wasn't boxing to orders or working on a few things?

The fact you say it like it is a fact is disgusting and I hope there is a time when people like you are sued and ruined for pisssing on somebody's hard work and achievements with no evidence and no facts.

Brave, that's the key word you should have used. Canelo is no Cotto, he has more Cojones, he would fight 3G if he had to. Probably without enthusiasm, but he would do it.

I certainly can't see him dropping the belt to avoid.

Also they already sparred, if that means anything.

Honestly if canelo was willing to fight Lara I don't see why he would hesitate to fight GGG. Clearly canelo and his camp think he has the goods cause he has fought some really tough opponents

You can't really get punching power from PEDs in my humble opinion. Maybe improve it a bit but PEDs will improve mainly your physical strength (like in the clinch) and endurance. Golovkin might be onto something like 99% of the athletes but his punching power is all natural. I don't think it is fair to scapegoat him all of the sudden.

While I don't think there's really any more reason to focus on GGG than anybody else (and while it stands to reason that some boxers hit harder than others and, even if both Golovkin and his opponents were doped there's no reason why a doped Golovkin wouldn't be naturally stronger than a doped opponent), I don't agree with your general point. PEDs can definitely improve explosiveness. Ben Johnson's entire sprinting career was built on it. Even at his most doped he didn't have the stamina or top speed of Carl Lewis. He didn't need it, because he exploded out of the blocks and had a huge advantage from the first second. For a boxer, swap the starting blocks for a man's face.

I think Canelo makes it awkward for a while, for about six rounds for multiple reaosns. He has no foot speed, GGG will cut him off. GGG in 9.

I got your point you can get some explosiveness. Still I think that punching power is more than that. There are people that are heavy hander even if they tap you on the shoulder. I don't approve PEDs use btw but I'm very realistic about its extremely wide use in pro sports and very very unfortunately even at amateur level.

Canelo is not dumb hes one of the few that does what he's supposed to do...FIGHT THE BEST!!

Anyhow i think Cotto beats him so this is way down the line

  11. it will be a very competitive fight, and Canelo could easily win. Do people not think Canelo has the frame to move up? He does.

The complete and utter adulation for GGG is clouding peoples’ minds. He is such a God in the eyes of many here that rational discussion is rather challenging. Canelo has faced much better comptetition than GGG. Sure GGG has looked great, and against whom? Macklin? Rubio? 24-8-2 Ishida? We have no idea how GGG would look against someone with the skill level of Lara, let alone Mayweather, relative to his weight.

This is a fight that I would absolutely love to see, and not because I have some bizarre craving to see Canelo physically injured (see other comments in this thread and elsewhere), but because it will be a tremendous and competitive fight.

Canelo has fought better opposition than GGG, that counts for alot and I think that carries Canelo over Golovkin.

As well, Canelo likes to take his time and use the ring and unlike his fight with Floyd Mayweather where that plan of boxing was'nt prudent, that plan is exactly the plan to use against a fighter the style of Golovkin.

Canelo is his own boss! Unlike a certain TBE and a Philipino. He was advised against Trout and Lara and fought them cause he wanted to. Canelo will fight GGG but first thing first, he wants Cotto.
