That's how I feel. I'm just waiting for garbage like Canelo to go away. Hopefully, better fighters will come soon.

Has any fighter in the last 5 years or so came out with the claim that the Canelo camp offered them a fixed fight? if this was true you would think that it would have came out by now.

Instead of wasting all your time stressing out and being confused about boxers having worse performances sometimes, ask yourself why you’re getting irrationally upset and talking about conspiracy theories because you’re not a fan of a fighter. It’s not that serious dude.

This is the same as entertaining someone who vehemently believes that the earth is flat and that Bill Gates created Covid. Don’t waste your time.

Nah bro, this what happened. Canelo and the cartel came to Kova's doorstep a day after the Yarde fight. They promised they would help Kovalev with his legal problems as well as a lifetime supply of premium vodka if he complied and throw a fight with Canelo at 175. Having no other options, Kova had no choice but to comply with Canelo and his Mexican cartel buddies. Everyday before the fight and twice on Sundays Kova, Canelo, the fight judges, the referee and the cartel would meet up with each other in secret to practice their fight choreography for this eventual mega fight.

Source, trust me bro it happened.

Why, though? Groves was done. He was so physically and morally patched and torn in his last three years, compounded by the Gutknecht incident in the middle of that period, I'm still somewhat surprised that he was even able to survive a clown like Eubank (which proved to be his last stand). Even on his ostensible career-defining night a year or so prior, he'd looked in real danger of being ground down by Fedor Chudinov until he found an inspired salvo before throwing the kitchen sink to force a stoppage and save his skin.

Callum did what he had to do, made Groves pay for not getting his right glove back to his chin (Groves took that left hook very badly) and followed up strongly to close the show, but there was nothing special about it. It was very apparent that George was damaged in body and mind and had his eye firmly on the exit door. That's not just me talking in hindsight, as this screenshot demonstrates. He was very much there for the taking, and Smith was a pretty basic but big and strong guy who happened to be in the right place at the right time.

Terrible comparison. You can't even bring yourself to argue against my very valid and objective points I made in my post

I did. You’re confused that a fighter fought differently against a different fighter. You’re deeply upset because you didn’t like the result, and now your mind has gone to hollow moons and lizard people. There’s nothing else to say, and you didn’t raise even a mildly interesting or convincing point. I was trying to reassure you since you’re being extremely irrational about this.

It’s very easy. In your post change the name Kovalev to Roy Jones and change the name Canelo to Glen Johnson. Absolutely nothing changes. Are you getting it yet? We never step in the same river twice, you need to take a deep breath and settle down.
