Naw Naw, what you saying is bull****, What the **** you think promoters do. Trout got a standing ovation in Mexico ( duh) Trout might not be a devastating puncher but hits hard enough to keep you honest and can knock you out. Ask Cotto. You need to think outside the box instead of repeating some **** you heard. If you scared for Canelo then just say so, don't masquerade your fear behind illogical untrue statements.:bbb

no.. Canelo has been overrated a bit. He is good but not the wrecking ball people think he is . I think Mayweather fighting Pacman is still the big fight if Manny can get back to winning. Or Martinez vs. Mayweather.

Yeah, because a standing ovation (no idea what fight you're talking about, though) will reflect on PPV buys or tv ratings.

At the end of the day Trout is a guy with no fanbase and boring for non boxing purists, and Canelo will have to sell the fight by himself to his mexican crowd. The casual mexican fans know who Cotto is, who Mayweather is, they dont know who Trout is. The fight is a hard seller, at least with someone like Kirkland they could hype the fight by showing highlight KO reels of the guy and label him as the new mini Tyson or something, they cant do that with the boring Trout.

And no, I have no ¨fear¨ for Canelo. People are overrating Trout's victory over a shot, overblown welter Cotto that came to fight in bad shape, Canelo is a different animal and will beat Trout just like he would have done with Cotto.

The only bad thing is, the fight will do little for Canelo popularity or money wise, specially compared to a fight with Floyd or Cotto. Too bad one of those guys lost and the other is scared of the young, hungry, ginger lion :verysad

I don't think that matchup has reached its boiling point. Canelo, while looking good recently against B or C level opposition, is still too green to be a major threat to Mayweather.
